We are looking for an experienced service and warranty advisor who has worked with caravans, motorhomes or a similar field (eg car industry).
Your role will include:
- answering customer queries over the phone and in person
- booking in repairs, services and warranty work on our online booking system
- liaising with our workshop team to ensure hours are appropriately allocated to each job
- submitting and managing warranty claim
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- Experience (even hobby level should be noted in application) in caravans or motorhomes
- Experience in an aftersales or warranty position
- Able to work as part of a team
- A keen problem solver
- Able to keep calm under pressure in our busier summer season
